A recent Executive MBA graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Indraneil combines strategic insight with hands-on execution — shaped by advanced studies in healthcare, operations, and M&A in emerging industries. His leadership has supported Fortune 500 companies in unlocking over $3 billion in revenue through data-driven product innovation, AI/ML adoption, and operational excellence.

As a proven entrepreneur, Dan co-founded multiple companies including Blue Marlin Systems Inc., a leading provider of SAP and AI solutions. Under his leadership, Blue Marlin achieved significant success, delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to clients across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Prior to founding Blue Marlin, Dan honed his skills as a Senior Consultant at IBM Global Services, where he successfully implemented SAP solutions for numerous Fortune 500 companies, optimizing their manufacturing and distribution processes across diverse sectors such as Aerospace,Apparel and Footwear, Steel, Frozen Foods, Specialty Chemicals  and Consumer Goods.

Dan possesses a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. He holds an MBA from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in India.
